Anadigm has appointed Connie Grennan as its Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to Bill McLean, Anadigm President and CEO, Grennan succeeds founding CFO Fred Worth, who announced his retirement last month. To her new role at Anadigm, Grennan brings over 25 years of financial management experience in both startup and major corporate manufacturing environments.
Most recently she was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Andigilog, an analogue semiconductor company.
She was also CFO of Micro-Photonix Integration Corp (MPI), which designed optical components for telecommunications systems.
At CalComp, a Lockheed Martin Company, Grennan held various financial management positions over a period of 15 years.
'Connie's hands-on financial management experience in the electronics industry, including both fabless and manufacturing environments, will be a key asset for Anadigm as we move forward into a new stage of rapid growth', said McLean.
'I am very pleased indeed to welcome her to Anadigm's executive team'.
Grennan's past experience includes fundraising, infrastructure development, and management of clean room construction at MPI, as well as leading an acquisition and managing various system integration and operational projects at CalComp.
'Anadigm is very well positioned for success with a strong management team, a committed group of investors, and an impressive portfolio of products that are ready for the market', Grennan said.
'For a CFO, the startup environment provides the opportunity to make a positive impact in a relatively short time frame, and I'm looking forward to making that happen in my new role at Anadigm'.
Grennan will be based at Anadigm's Tempe headquarters.
