64Mbit SDRAM runs hot and cold
64Mbit SDRAM is pin compatible with industry standard 4M x 16bit devices and is available with an extended temperature range from - 40 to +85C
It is organised as 16 sectors, each containing 256 pages with 256byte width.
The whole memory can be erased using the bulk erase instruction or a sector at a time by means of the sector erase instruction.
Enhanced protection modes are included.
As SPI Flash devices are traditionally sensitive to excessive noise, the A25L80P offers six built-in protection modes to offer a fail safe operation in a harsh application environment.
The A25L80P is application friendly.
It offers a wide voltage range of 2.7 to 3.6V and requires a standby current of only 50uA.
When in deep-power-down mode the typical current is a negligible 1uA.
The A25L80P is available from stock and is available in two packaging options, two temperature options and can be shipped as die.
