American Power Conversion (APC), one of the world's largest providers of equipment that serves the network-critical physical infrastructure (NCPI), today announced that Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, the Formula One racing team, has selected APC's InfraStruXure with integrated cooling for Ferrari's new data centre in Maranello, Italy Capable of cooling 20kW (kilowatts) per rack, InfraStruXure with integrated cooling will serve as the physical infrastructure for Ferrari's hardware platform that performs the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations essential to the aerodynamic modeling of its championship-winning Formula One cars
