Linear regulators cover a wide range

The SI-3000 Series of linear voltage regulator integrated circuits includes devices with voltage ratings from 1.5 to 15V and current outputs from 240mA to 3A.

The SI-3000 Series of linear voltage regulator integrated circuits, now available from Allegro MicroSystems Europe, includes devices with voltage ratings from 1.5 to 15V and current outputs from 240mA to 3A. All the devices feature low dropout voltages between 0.3 and 0.8V and low "off" and quiescent currents. Overcurrent and thermal protection are included as standard.

The range includes single- and dual-output products with both fixed and adjustable outputs.

A variety of surface-mount and through-hole package styles is available, including ultraminiature SOT-89 and SOP-8 types.
