Agilent Technologies reckons its ATF-541M4 is the industry's smallest single-voltage E-pHEMT GaAs FET The Agilent ATF-541M4's miniature leadless package measures only 1.4 x 1.2 x 0.7mm, and so takes up 60% less board space than the conventional SC-70 package (2.1 x 2.0 x 0.9mm)
