FPGA family claims the lead at 90nm
Altera Corp reckons it has established a clear lead in 90nm FPGAs following a number of significant industry milestones for its Stratix II family
The entire family has rolled out in record time and is available through Altera distributors worldwide, making Stratix II devices the most widely available high-performance, high-density 90nm FPGA family. Altera reckons the Stratix II FPGA family is on average 39% faster than the competition and delivers 50% more density.
