The new MPEG4000 video encoder board from Advanced Micro Peripherals solves complex and demanding real-time video recording and streaming applications, using latest standard MPEG4 compression. The MPEG4000 captures and compresses high quality video and audio from up to four asynchronous pal or NTSC composite video sources concurrently.

The exceptionally low latency (from input to output) of the MPEG4000 makes it ideally suited for real-time video telemetry and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) applications.
The MPEG4000 features a preview facility overlaying the live video streams through the PC/104+ bus to the host system's VGA display screen.
Full software support is available for Windows 2000/NT/XP-E and Linux.
