As a turnkey solution, the innovative APAC gantry robot carries out fully automatic assembly tasks using adhesive components
Film adhesives are gaining momentum in applications such as die attach and lead frame taping. Thanks to its performance characteristics, film adhesive supersedes liquid solder paste in its reliability, conductivity and consistency. Also, for stacked packages, adhesive film provides a more uniform placement and better alignment than paste.

Standard linear driven x-y axes, optional servo Z and U axes, a PC based control and powerful ARSIC software build the most effective adhesive component assembly tool.
Multiple placements allow for short cycle times.
Options such as pre-heating and heating stations are also available.
Alternatively for integration into third party systems, an adhesive component feeding system is available.
The RM3065 feeds the components directly from the liner for the robot to pick up.
The system is easy to integrate.
