In October 2008, we covered the news from National Semiconductor - take a look at Wideband amplifier protects against over voltage which says: "National Semiconductor has introduced the LMH6553, a wideband 900MHz fully differential amplifier with a programmable output limiting clamp for protection against over-voltage events. ".
